DAY 1 (Saturday) : Alimos Marina to Perdika, Aegina

Your Athens cabin charter catamaran is waiting for you from 15:00 hours in Alimos Marina. Alimos is a southern suburb of Athens and is situated 30km from Athens airport. You will be welcomed on board by your crew and settled into the cabins. Departure at 18:00 to Perdika Port. Perdika is an old traditional settlement, built around the port. In the old times its townsfolk were occupied exclusively with fishing. The main characteristic of the settlement of Perdika is the small houses with their connecting gardens. In the pedestrian precinct you will find many tavernas famous for their fresh fish, ouzeri, bars and coffee shops. The pedestrian precinct continues with benches between trees, where anyone can admire the sunset, watching the sun vanishing into the sea. Climb down the special rocky stairs for swimming in clear waters. Swim to the beautiful, rocky beach of Perdika, next to the trees, open your umbrellas and dive to the sea, from the two wooden platforms.

DAY 2 (Sunday) : Perdika, Aegina to Mandraki/Hydra

Breakfast on board. Afterwards visit by bus or taxi to Aegina town which is a picturesque and traditional town with excellent restaurants, tavernas, clubs, bars, cafeterias and nightlife. Alternatively, visit the Ancient Temple of Aphaia. After lunch we continue to Mandraki bay in Hydra where we will spend the night. By sea taxi you can visit the port of Hydra. Hydra, built in the shape of an amphitheatre on a slope overlooking the Argosaronic gulf, is one of the most romantic destinations in Greece. Traditional stone mansions, narrow cobble stoned streets, secluded squares and above all the banning of cars and the use of around 500 donkeys as means of public transportation, explain the reason why Hydra has preserved its distinctive atmosphere through the passage of time. The island experienced exceptional economic growth in the past thanks to its great naval and commercial activity. The Hydriots contributed significantly also to the 1821 War of Independence as their powerful fleet participated in crucial sea battles. 300 churches and 6 monasteries spread around the island as well as the cannons and the statues of the Independence War heroes still standing at the balconies of the islands create a romantic mosaic.

DAY 3 (Monday) : Hydra to Spetses

Breakfast on board. Sail to Hydra port and stay for 1-2 hours. After, we continue to Dokos island for lunch. Dokos is one of the most popular yachting destinations in the Saronic Gulf. It is an isolated, almost uninhabited island found between the southern coast of Peloponnese and the islands of Hydra and Spetses. What makes Dokos so popular among sailors is the picturesque Skintos bay which offers clear waters and shelter from all winds. Dokos is ideal for those who love wild landscapes, peace, tranquility and stunning sunset views! The island offers important historical findings which are more than 8.000 years old and the oldest shipwreck in the world. After lunch we sail to Spetses island. Spetses, an island boasting a long naval tradition, is famous for its significant contribution to the 1821 War of Independence. It was here that the revolution flag was raised on 3rd April 1821. The island has managed to retain its individual traditional character thanks to its well-preserved grand captain mansions, still bearing eloquent witness to the island’s glorious past. The picturesque old harbor and Dápia, a tourist and commercial center where the heart of the island’s entertainment beats, are the trademarks of the town of Spetses. Take a romantic trip around the island in horse-drawn carriages and admire the grand mansions adorning the narrow-cobbled streets of the island.

DAY 4 (Tuesday) : Spetses to Ermioni

After breakfast we sail to Ermione with a stop for swimming and lunch at Aghios Emilianos and in the afternoon we arrive at Ermione. Ermioni is a picturesque village of about 2600 people on the southeast shore of Argolida, with a characteristic island look. It’s next to the piney cape of Bisti, at the further end of the Argolic peninsula, facing the islands of Dokos and Hydra. Its inhabitants are mainly occupied in cultivating olives. Over the last decades the area has become a tourist attraction leading many locals into the tourism business. If you like hiking trails, you should definitely cross the small Katafyki Gorge that links Ermioni with Fournoi - a half an hour walk which will not disappoint! The landscape is of unique beauty, consisting of rocks, caves, rich vegetation and the little church of Saint Nicholas built in 1740 with ruins of medieval walls in its yard. The old historic bridge takes you to the nearby picturesque village of Fournoi via an enchanting landscape of pines and running waters.

DAY 5 (Wednesday) : Ermioni to Poros

After breakfast we sail to Poros Island with a stop at the bay of Soupia for swimming and lunch. As you enter the harbour of Poros you’ll get a fine view of the town which is built up the hillsides. The Archaeological Museum’s exhibits date back to the Mycenaean Period (1600 – 1100 BC) up to and including the Roman times. Among the displayed items you will see finds from ancient shipwrecks retrieved from the Gulf area. Take a trip to the ruins of the Temple of Poseidon on the north part of Poros. Follow a route through the narrow streets of the town that will lead you up to a hill, where the trademark of the island stands: the historic Clock Tower, where you can relax and enjoy a panoramic view of the whole town.

DAY 6 (Thursday) : Poros to Palaia Epidaurus

We sail to Love Bay on Poros before having breakfast on board. We continue our sail to Epidaurus with a stop at Aghios Georgios for lunch. Ancient Epidaurus (or Palaia meaning 'old' Epidaurus as it is otherwise called) is a small but charming port of the Saronic Gulf with a rich history that is lost in the depths of the centuries and generously provides the visitor with sea, natural beauty and archeological sites. Built on the same spot where the ancient city was located, it stretches to the innards of a narrow bay. The view is dazzling from the pine-covered mountain Akros. The locals call the small peninsula "Island", and not unjustly. There, visitors will meet the small Ancient Theater, deep blue beaches for diving and good tourist infrastructure.
